Why we are getting lower ISOs than last month EQ?

Last month we get 3k ISO brick.
This month barely 1300 ISO brick..
Why? 🥺🥺🥺

    I think it's because I pulled a 6* Hulkling and they don't want me to rank him up for BG. Sorry my fortunes has ruined everyone's game this month with lack of iso.

    They buffed the path items and the chest iso a few months back. The next month they screwed up and somehow reverted the changes and none of their people who "test" content before release caught it. They claimed they couldn't fix it until the following month's content released and would do so then but when that came around even though they put the increased chest iso back the path item spawns did not seem to be changed back to the improved drops for UC and below. Now with this new month all of the improvements are gone, path items and chest iso. This is not a complicated thing to check that is should happen once let alone multiple times.

    To add to the insult of this happening over and over (I count it as more than twice since they screwed it up the first time and then didn't fix all the aspects of it when the following month came and now yet again it is all reverted back to the lower rewards) they also did the unexplained massive difficulty increase with no rewards buff so many have been discussing. The mods have refused to acknowledge the screw up of reverting the path spawns and iso again.
