Can’t buy multiple of the same offer in unit store.(iOS)

I was trying to buy the 6* Sig stone packs, which shows there 5 available. I purchased the first pack without problem, but while trying to buy the second one, it keeps saying “This in-app purchase has already been bought, it will be restored for free.” It still shows there are 4 available left to buy.

*edit: I was finally able to buy more.
