My game keeps on crashing

Ok so my game keeps lagging and crashing ever since the last maintenance. Sometimes it works fine and in the middle of a fight will just kick me out. Other times it lags so much that you can't even fight. And then sometimes it works perfectly fine.
Today I was opening my PHC crystals. The second one I opened landed on a 4* Spiderman stark enhanced and guess what... the game crashed. I went on again straight after the crash and guess what. Spidey wasn't on my roster.
How is that even fair? Please help me get my Spidey back.
