Legend run overhaul

I think there needs to be an overhaul to the Legend run title for monthly EQ.
Things i like to see get changed would be:
- A note how much energy does each difficulty cost
- Which difficulty has to be done
- Show the timing of each Legend in Hall of legend (So you can compare your own time with others and work things out)
