Logging in to kabam in game, issue, loading screen stuck

Can anyone help please I created another iOS iCloud account but still have the same kabam info for same MCOC account. I open game, enter my kabam account login info and it accepts it but then it just gets stuck in loading screen & doesn’t do anything from there. Can’t play champions! 30 minutes pass by and it’s still stuck on the loading screen PLZ HELP!
