Farming consumables in Act quests

I went back into Act 1 and saw there was full energy, level 1 revive, level 1 team potion etc.

Made a run and collected energy and another run for revive.

How does the reset works?

    They randomly spawn. You can go back tomorrow but the same stuff may not show...rare to find full energy refills anymore! Good on ya!

    If you want to farm T2 restores the T2 and 3 quests are a good source and if you work the quest right you get a cat as well.
