Game crash after claiming gift reward now locked out of game with repeated crashing

Claimed a milestone gift reward now locked out of game with reward crash won’t let me claim it wrong display showing for my level and I can not play the game now. Keeps crashing rebooted game rebooted phone nothing works soon as it logs back in same crash please help
