TB EQ 3.2 masochism path

I brought Sabretooth and KM to work around the masochism node, but I am still seeing the initial debuff getting purified and the opponent gets the 5% Regen. Has this synergy been nerfed? The node doesn't list any force of will combination.

Some of the champs in that path has immune ability accuracy modifier, like Mysterio and Archangel, while sabretooth and killmonger synergy is reduce ability accuracy to 100%. So because of this they still can purify and get regen from it.

Anyway that so old school, just use apoc and you be happy
