One of his abilities says he makes all poisons suffer -100% accuracy but poison still kills him whenever he fights abomination.

Please can someone explain why this happens ?

    Chances are that Abomination has some kind of "Increased Poison Potency" node on him. Diablo reduces the potency of poisons by 100% but if Abomination's poisons have 120% potency or something, Diablo will still take 20% damage.
