Time to change the ISO inventory limit

Why can we hold only up to 45 ISO bricks at a time? What's the point of this? To make us go into the stash, 5-6 times for each rank up we wanna do? And then wait an X amount of minutes for the ISO to be claimed? Why hasn't this change ages ago?
