My UC alt can’t do battlegrounds

I’m having a problem where my UC acct can’t do battlegrounds for unknown reasons it lets me go into the battlegrounds tab but when I try to start a match it doesn’t queue me in for matchmaking. Anyone else having this problem?

    Mine just runs and times out.

    Yet another reason why this matchmaking trying to force like prestige accounts together needs to be removed.

    (UPDATE) sent a ticket in and was told it could be a wide scale problem and to check the forums for anything regarding this problem (possible compensation)
