Hey KABAM - do a summoner choice buff poll

Do it.

Make a list of 10 champions.
And lets make a buff poll.
And top 3 will will get buffed,
In 1st 2nd 3rd order based on voting.

    The problem with the buff votes is it for some reason makes people's expectations sky high. Even if the buff turns out good, peoples expectations that they should now be an op top tier causes them to be upset about the buff.
