Sasquatch Rage not reducing damage

I was fighting with Sasquatch against Winter Solider in ROL. I have suicides active but noticed as rage climbed, the poison damage never changed. His abilities say that rage reduces damage from “all sources”. This used to work with suicides, was there a change that I missed? Or is this a bug?

    I think all the reduce damage abilities are bugged
