Battlegrounds Bug

I just finished a match in battlegrounds against ultron using venompool. I finished at 100% health in a relatively fast time. When the KO screen popped up, instead of Venompool's win screen appearing, it immediately took me to the results screen and showed me as having 0 points as the screenshot shows.
This is the 2nd time in 2 days a major bug like this has happened. Yesterday the match restart bug happened where after I beat the opponent, it took me to the main screen and after restarting the app, it restarted the fight and showed me having 3 seconds left, costing me the fight.
I would just like to know more about what's happening with these bugs because this isn't the first time it's happened, and the restart bug has been in the gamemode for months now.
