Want to edit and say that Battlegrounds should not be mandatory as well. Basically, AQ is mandatory only, but if people join AW - should be active.
I am from UK. Prefer Discord for communication, but really can use other apps

Sounds like you're looking for us:
We're recruiting - we're typically Gold 2-3 in War running two BGs with minimal organisation and no need for item use (makes it a lot more fun!)

We're relaxed and friendly; running Map 5 across 3BGs. AQ is required (for the Glory), but nothing else is. We don't use Line or Discord; as it's not really required for AQ, and everything else is optional.

Hi - sent you a friend request in game. We do 55544 - replacing a few slackers. One bg of voluntary AW (silver ). AQ is only mandatory event - other than that, do whatever you want.

Looking for a bit different type of alliance now. Nothing is mandatory, so perhaps 1-2 groups AW and 1-2 groups AQ. But if people join - must be active. Let me know if there is anything like that around
