Phoenix should be buffed alongside Ice Man

Since Ice Man is being considered to be reworked next, Phoenix should also be reworked alongside, She has been on the sidelines for too long.

But it's not a rework.. It's a slight update.

There's a difference in a slight buff and a rework and that difference comes with a cost of time and resources that isn't guaranteed to be available just cause we want it now.

Plus people have conflicting ideas of what Phoenix should be.. Some want a moderate update, others want a full rework and there are some who want her deleted and replaced with beyond god tier Jean Grey who goes Phoenix force similar to how torch goes Nova Flame..

This isn't to dissuade people from wanting Phoenix buffed (I wouldn't mind if she got some love as well) but I am fully understanding that things are always easier said than done.
