    You can reach them from game settings, at the top left of game main page 🙂

    As suggested above, you should contact support with any concerns you have -

    In the game, you tap the gear icon in the top left corner, followed by the button that says "Support" and finally tap the button that reads "Need more help? Contact us" to submit a support ticket.

    Alternatively, you can open a support ticket via your web browser via this link.
