Mr. Negative blocking Tigra's sp2

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was playing bg against my friend and when fighting his defensive Mr. Negative with Tigra. When using both specials at the unblockable range multiple times she failed to break his block making me loose what shouldv'e been a simple match. does anyone know of any known bug on this I didn't see anything about the abilities to block unblockable attacks in Mr. Negative's kit.

    Most likely Mr negative used sp1 and applied Exhaustion debuff on Tigra. When Tigra is affected with Exhaustion, Slow or Weakness debuff it disables her miss and unblockable effects.
