AW of season

How's possible outside AW season we loose warrior points. We lost 50 warrior points and we are in grade 5. We loose more points on this war outside season than any other war in season.

    My alliance lost war rating and dropped a tier. Will this be fixed during the off season? Don't mind how long it takes as long as we have our fair war rating/tier for next season. Surely something can be done in 2 weeks.
