Relics in AQ Not Working?

Doesn’t look like I saw a thread about this at the moment. I believe the day before AQ week started in the mail stated Relics are live in AQ as long as your Uncollected or higher. I’m paragon and my relics don’t seem to be working in AQ as the striker button is missing in my fights and I don’t see my relics in my champs in the pre-fight screen. Was the relic system in AQ suppose to be active in the next AQ cycle or is this a bug?
