Is there a problem Ultron's Energy Regen?

I'm on 7.2.6 path going against Ultron leading to Gwenboss. I use CMM religiously, when she hits him with a major prowess and fury filled sp2 in binary mode, he Regens IMMEDIATELY during every hit LIKE HE'S SUPPOSED TO. WTF doesnt my 6r4 Ultron sig 120 regen with each hit, he gradually regens after the entire special is over. Maybe it is after each hit of the special but it's gradual and not immediate like how the defender does? There's other champs that hit him with a continuous beam of energy and if I have enough life left then he regens, why does the cpu regen during the hits and the attacker doesnt? Is there a different between attacker Ultron and defender or is it just me?

    Can you send a video of the two. I just tested my Ultron out as an attacker and then fought Ultron as a defender and didn't see a difference.

    Uploading a video rn... This may not be the best example cause his sp1 did jump back up immediately but sp2 didnt.. is cgr and cmm sp2 not all energy?

    The (slower) regen buff would be specifically triggered by hitting certain HP thresholds (50% and 25% for the first time in a fight). immediate regen is for energy damage hits. First 3 hits of of CMM's SP2 are physical damage and all of CGR's Light Attacks are physical damage.

    Also going to add that Ultron's regen from energy hits is NOT one of his function abilities which means it can be affected by AAR. Don't know if that was present in any of these fights.
