a major bug in AQ

i just experiment a bug . which cause 5h3 game crash twice in AQ . i choose a team made by black widow deadly origin, red guardian and taskmaster. everytime a choose to fight Black widow in tier 2 (right side)..the game crash and lose 50% of my health. Wich make mad me stay away from this quest by now...
hope you will fix it soon.
