Is (6 star) Scarlet Witch classic in the basic pool now?

Now that the featured crystal has been updated , is scarlet witch in the basic 6 star pool? I looked into the “what’s new” tab in game and I didn’t find anything.

Please Kabam team be more transparent about these things.
