Bad Connection Icon Always Shows, Even When Game is Working Fine

Game Mode: Currently in Monthly EQ, but it happens in all game modes.

Description of the Issue: Since this morning, the bad connection icon has been on the screen constantly despite the game playing like normal. Load times are quick and the game doesn't play any different than normally, but the icon won't go away. I've restarted the game several times and it keeps coming back.

Same. I even switched off my temperamental wifi and it keeps blinking at me.

Totally Unscientific and unproven theory.... The game was planning on having a bad connection, but a bug in the RNG that results in the connection time out caused it connect properly.....
