3D effects on Android, as on Apple technology

Will Android devices of the latest models receive 3D weather effects and other things, as on iPhones? For example Samsung 22 and 23 ultra is quite capable of reproducing such effects

    Weather effects are doubtful. They look neat but are a distraction. I'd rather have more warping, blur, and particle effects.
