New update -general lag and hit box on large champions

The update has killed parry and baiting large champions and the general lag is horrendous.
I'm pretty good at parry heavy game play. But since the update, it's so much more difficult against galan, thing or anyone who's large and above.
Also baiting those champs is nigh on impossible. They slide/dash in further than I can dash back.
In addition, the slow down/lag against all champions makes playing hard content unbearable.
It's making me want to rage quit to the point of uninstall.
7 year player, paragon, going for Carina 3 challenges, so I know how to play the game. Spent over £1000 on the game since the start.
Something has gone badly wrong with this update. It's almost unplayable. OnePlus 10 pro.
@Kabam Miike is there an update here? I wanted to do a Carina 3 challenge this weekend, have saved resources and units to do it, but it's going to be impossible with the game in this state.
