Tigra Broken in Battlegrounds?

Was fighting against Magneto in BGs. Tigra didn't go unblockable during any point of her special 1 (and I started far enough away it should have gone unblockable for the first part). Also, her miss mechanic didn't work for the second part of Magneto's L1 while charging heavy and was blasted by it.
Is there any reason for this that I'm missing or is it just bugged?
