Visual and audio bugs

How did they play around with Gorr for several weeks to rebalance him and not notice that his heavy attack has zero audio? Same thing with Galan, they played around with him for several weeks and they didn’t fix any of his several visual bugs: eyes, staff, victory pose, sp3, etc… and of course now that I finally pulled Attuma none of his specials have audio cuz why would they???
