Can't join BG

Device Operating System: android 8
Cellular or WiFi: WiFi
Game Version Installed: updated.
Game Mode: BG
Description of the Issue: Somehow I can't start a bg match, with energy nor elders mark. Nothing happens... Mainly play on Huawei m5 lite pad, but have tried log on with OnePlus 9pro phone (android 13) to see if I can join bg there, but same problem. Can't start a bg match there either. Couldn't join last bg season either.

    Hi, does it give this error? “Unknown error occurred, please try again later”.? I haven’t been able to play battlegrounds since December…. Multiple tickets opened

    No.. getting no error screen. Just literally nothing happens no matter how many times I hit the join button.
