Looking for BG minded alliance

Hello all,
I'm looking for an alliance that is focused on battlegrounds. I often see a requirement of 300k points. I dont know if I can make that, but I can and will definitly play each 48 hours to get the objectives (with elder marks) and propably more. And I'm looking for an alliance with similar mindset.
I'm not really into war and don't want to do high AQ.
