BLADE Question Need Answers

I was fighting him in AW just now on node 34 and it had plagued mind node, so i was using AA everything going well till Blade power drains me before the timer ends and this happend 3 times in battle.

So i am asking how is that possible i checked his abilites he doesnt create power drain only power gains when bleeding the champion. Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Enhanced bug node: Power drains every time when one power bar is full.

34 has the power-thingy node. Reduced power gain when buffs active and activating buffs drains power. For real though, read node descriptions before posting here
