So I guess the "coming soon" timer was meant to start at the time we indicated.
Sorry for the confusion; the objectives are on their way and the team has assured us that it is resolved for the future.
So is all the leveling up and ranking up and signature Stone use that I did at the normal time going to apply or did I just lose all my gold and stones and now I got to figure out another way to complete the objectives?
The objective should spawn in about 30 minutes. We'll continue to monitor the situation.

Broader question Jax: what’s up with the mistiming of events and objectives this month?
BG events seemed to spawn early, BG objectives didn’t spawn for some folks, and now Sigil event mistimed as well.

I would suspect a server issue.
I suspect cyber terrorism specifically targeting at delaying the start of events. I have no knowledge to back this up, because I don’t work for Kabam. But I have my suspicions so I feel justified sharing them.
