IMO all he needs is to make the cruelties on his SP2 longer, maybe 20-25 seconds. Perhaps some extra damage per hydration charge. He’s a decent attacker otherwise.

He seems geared toward defense but appears to have a lot of utility as an attacker as well . What do you wish was different about his kit?

I think the cruelties from the sp2 are too short. They need a 7-10 seconds increase. The other thing that bugs me is that his heavy range is surprisingly short.
