We're struggling to find active strong players for our alliance. Whenever we pick someone up on global chat or somebody's suggestion, they're either too weak or aren't active enough. We always have had 30 members but it's like the last few spots are cursed and we kick the newbie within the next week. I've tried recruiting here on the forums, but no one really responds.
How do you guys recruit good players for your alliance who more or less stay permanently?
