My mediocre experience with taking the Left path in EOP Carina Spider Verse Objective

I just finished my first run of EOP yesterday. I took the Left Side and did the Spider Verse objective.
Since one of the few featured champions I got from the Featured was Spider-man Supreme, I ultimately brought him in thinking he would be good for Terrax (spoiler: Not really, at least based on my skills). Althought Supreme should be good for Right path Ikaris, the temptation of Miles cheesing two defenders on the Left path was too tantalizing to pass up.
My Spider Verse team was R2 Miles, R2 Gwen, and R2 Spiderman Supreme, with R3 CGR for the first few fights.
Against Herc, I practiced with CGR a few times and couldn't manage all the different timers to pay attention to (due to the effect of the Concussions). Instead managed it with Spiderman Supreme (since his buffs and effects are AA immune) and 4 L1 revives (and healing to full). Just focused on intercepting and staying close as needed.
Against Havok, it took me 14 L1 revives with CGR (yes, my skills aren't very good). Took me many tries to get a hang of the fight, as Havok wouldn't be baited into throwing specials, then I would lose my armor buff, then I would attack to get rid of the armor break, and then Havok would either reach SP3 or the plasma stacks would detonate.
Against Warlock, took me 8 L1 revives with CGR. I remember from the original EOP how much I hated Warlock's AI, and yes, that remained true here. Warlock is a pain because of all his turtling and light or special intercepting my intercepts.
Against NF, took me 8 L1 revives with CGR. Felt like a relatively 'easy' fight in that it is just a standard NF fight where you have to manage his tactical charges.
Side Note: I know many people keep saying CGR can easily handle all first 4 defenders on the Left path, but it was hard to find on youtube or the forums what specific playstyle you're supposed to do. And the few videos I do find, are all R4 or R5 CGR that have boosts and are more focused on finishing the fights fast as opposed to showing what to do.
Vs Modok: Even though Miles can cheese and solo, it did still cost me 15 revives since there were a ton of times the game treated my inputs as a block (which let Modok hit me). Funnily this didn't happen against Blade.
Vs Blade: Definite Miles cheese here. Took me 1 revive.
Vs Terrax: Pretty horrible. Spiderman Supreme didn't do very well despite controlling the power rate since his healthpool is pretty low to begin with. 6 L1 revives, then a bunch of team revives once Terrax got to 6 charges to slowly whittle the health down
Vs Dragonman: Spidergwen slow does help with unstoppable, but Dragonman did a ridiculous amount of turtling so that he would reach his SP3, or have his SP2 become unblockable during the fire breathing part of it. Took me 25 revives. Yeesh.
Vs Nameless Thanos: Was thinking this would be a lot of revives, but 'only' took me 22 revives and health potions (Less than Dragonman even). At first I thought Spidergwen would be good, since she is who is used in some of the youtube videos, but I wound up using Miles (since his attack rating is slightly higher). Miles' camo activates against Thanos' SP1, so that was a nice safety net in the first phase. I found Phase 1 the hardest, since Thanos seemed to be purposefully avoiding my special intercepts and not doing any damage if you fail to special intercept makes this a slog. Phase 2 was okay, as once you get used to Inverted dodging SP2 it is straightforward enough. Phase 3 actually felt the easiest to me, as it was easy to get Thanos into an intercept loop, and with the increased damage (due to armor breaks) the phase ends pretty quickly.
Concluding thoughts:
- I definitely should have stocked up on more revives. Since I had to open a ton of hourly crystals to get more revives, now I have a ton of HP in overflow. Based on the expiration timer, that probably commits me to doing another EOP Carina objective within that time period.
- Dragonman is a big pain point for me (both here and over in the Grandmaster's Gauntlet).
- Nameless Thanos isn't as difficult as I thought, since you only have to focus on 1 or 2 things each phase, compared to the path where you have to usually focus on 3+ things at once.

Fully agree with your conclusion of farming more revives and spending less time on potions (if you have free crystals to open). I had the same experience.
Stealthy was ok with prefight for dragon man and so was peni chipping in; used most of my team revives there and most heals on terrax and warlock.
For anyone reading this, in retrospect, as I have a r4 sig 200 herc, I would have done one left side run with herc and capiw without any objectives and do all the Carina runs on the right. The left hand path is painful and having herc to do the first 4 fights on the right side, is invaluable.
Gonna be farming revives, cross my fingers that the Mystic nexus I got from completion grants me either a Dragonman or Scarlet Witch, and then go for the right side.
