    I don't think they are anymore... Just completed RoL on my alt not too long ago and when I got my rewards it showed me ronan was at sig 20

    I have never encountered Red Cyclops, Rhino or Ronan in any 4* crystals. They're probably in there, I just haven't dug them up yet. After seeing this post, I miss the good old days of exclusive champs
