This big just cost me in BG's!!!

As the title says. This big just cost me in bg's. All i did was click the I'm ready button and the game shows I essentially forfeited the match.

Here is what happened. And no submitting a ticket does not recover my loss or give me the elder marks I used for the match.

Please fix
