When the details for America Chavez’s buff were released, there was said to be a change in her kit in which the duration reduction in matching dimensional passives would be changed from -20% to -15%. However this seems to have never been changed. Was this done on purpose, was it forgotten, or is it just not changed in the description?

When a character enters beta with the buff changes, those changed are always subject to change upon release.

Normally I would agree, and that’s what I assumed. However, post beta, it was stated that the change from -20% to -15% was to be kept, along with the pierce potently reduction being added. If Kabam chose not to change the duration reduction percentage, this should have at least been stated or told to the player base at some point.
