Incinerates are not doing any damage

I have noticed this bug for almost two months now and since it hasn't been noticed or fixed, here's the video of showing what happens when you inflict incinerate to the opponent, sometimes it just doesn't do any damage or doesn't even show that incinerate is inflicted.

-This video, you can see at 6:13 timestamp, that incinerate is inflicted but no red numbers are showing. Even at the end of the fight, in stats, no incinerate damage is shown.

I don't have a video proof but this also happened when I was using Human torch, and incinerate weren't showing at all.

    Just read the full description of the node and yes, you are right. I am wrong, but I have noticed things like incinerate not sticking in arena too, but for now, I will just have to wait for it to happen and also be recording it.
