Genetic code still not triggering on apocalypse, or his evade.
Why would I randomly ask this is I wasn't still having issues?

Just wanted to add I know this isn't affecting players universally, but I've been dealing with it for over a month, since last major update. I keep getting a form response from kabam that they are aware of issue, but was hoping for a more detailed answer, and hope, here.

You're going to have to be way more detailed. What exactly isn't working. Just saying genetic code isnt triggering and evade doesn't do anyone any good.

What game mode, quest, etc..

What nodes.

What defenders.

You're sorely lacking in information here. We can help but you have to provide more.

I understand. It happens across all modes and defenders. I was hoping kabam had said what it was doing a bit more here than the awareness of the issue I get on tickets regarding it.
It happens on all modes and defenders. I get Apoc to 4 charges and his genetic mastery, code, doesn't trigger at start of fight, no bonus damage or double helix animation. The only ability that does carry over fight to fight is the bleed immunity once I activate it. His slumber ability works, but that is about it.
Before the last update, the genetic code did activate onscreen at 4 charges, so I know what it looks like.
Again, I was hoping kabam had updated more in forums. I send a detailed ticket weekly.
Reinstalled game and updates many times.
Kabam aware of issue, just keep sending me a working on it message last month.

Coppin, he has an ability to bypass evade that should carry over once you activate it
