Who to rank up?

I completed act 7 and have two rank 1-2 and 2-3 generic gems (the other I held onto from gifting event) and was wondering who to rank up

    If this were my roster, I'd go Kingpin first, then Knull, then probably Annihilus. Mr Fantastic and Hulkbuster are also decent choices.
