Bug in acceptance of pain

Hence i was completing my acceptance of pain first run and while fighting the warlock which the node was only taking damage on critical hit and power node but i wasn’t able give any damage with my crit attack or either with the special attacks and due to this i have lost many of my revives if possible kindly refund my revive or either fixed it plz

Did you have an armour break or nullify champ? You can’t crit Warlock while he has his armour buff.
