Battlegrounds + arena bugged

Battlegrounds:
If you try to start a bg, it takes forever to find a match. Sometimes it goes on for minutes without a match, then you just don't play. Some other times it finds the match, but the game freezes without letting you do the bans etc and you never even play. You force close the app and when you restart it you find out you lost the match.
Arena:
you can do your fights, but when you're back to the character selections and ask for help to refresh your champs, you get an endless loading and you have to force close the app and restart it.
