Game not finishing fights

I am winning fights but the game keeps getting stuck after the victory animation and I'm not getting credit. This has happened twice in the last 30 minutes. It isn't my network either.

    Hello, I was running master level of the event quest. Using a Samsung Galaxy 8+ with latest update.
