BG Victory vs gladiator question

Recently started playing again. Can’t seem to find info on the rewards for gladiator circuit.
Basically just wondering what is the benefit to crawl my way up to gladiator? Are the rewards significantly better for moving each step forward?
Not worried about ranking cause I’m not a top end kinda guy and reality is if I did make it to gc I’m gonna be at the bottom for sure haha

    As long as you participate in 1 match of GC, you will get an additional 10K Tokens which is quite significant. The actual differences between each individual Tier in GC are less substantial than that until you get close to the top. Most Tiers add about an extra 2500 Tokens and slightly better relics rank up materials.

    The best way to see it is comparing it to a 22hr event.
    Level up for example, u have the milestones and then when the event is over u receive rank rewards if u completed all the milestones..
    VT is equivalent to Milestones.. ending in diamond 1 won't get u extra rewards at the end of the season.
    GC will get u ranking rewards.
