Should I still be ranking up 5* to get to TB?

Grinding for 6* shards can be a drag and I have had a lot of bad luck with my pulls. Get 5* shards is easy and I have the resources to rank those 5* up to max rank if they are good enough. Should I keep trying to grind 6* and wait or should I keep opening 5* to get a god champ to help me get TB?

    If u got the 6" no.. if u don't yes ..
    U should be transitioning to focus on 6*.. but if u dont have good 6*s no point ..
