How do you acquire legend badge?

hopefully this is the right place to post this question
i see that the way you used to do it was from 100% heroic and master in 2 weeks.
but im assuming it has changed since then seeing as we now have better characters, 6 stars etc.
so has it changed from that? and if it has, then what is the new method for acquiring the legend badge?
