Add 1* Captain America to the 1* crystal

There was recently a 1* Captain America added to act 1. For long time players who beat act 1 years ago it is impossible to get this champion. I try to get every version of Captain America and would like to be able to obtain this champion.

    And Stark Enhanced Spider-Man that I just learned new players can also get.
