Gauntlet keys

How do I get gauntlet keys. I'm just returning to the game today. I've previously completed act 6. The keys are not in my mail nor inventory. Ps:ive never played the gauntlet event in the past

    Are you Thronebreaker? Have you tried submitting a ticket to support? There’s no resolution to be found on the forums. Submit a ticket to support and they will be able to try and help.
