Is there a known timeframe on when the compensation rewards will be claimable

I was wondering if anyone know if there is a time where the rewards will be live and be able to be claimed.

I don't get how it can take any more time than 5 mins flat. Remove the faulty item and resend it. When the faulty item is fixed later, send it. Maybe it's not that simple I guess.

Maybe get job with them and show em how to do it faster. I'm sure they'd be happy to learn how to do it in 5 minutes.
